Our Approach to Early Learning
At Gema’s Childcare, we proudly offer a mixed-age group family daycare program for children ages 12 weeks to 12 years. Our environment promotes learning through peer interaction, personalized attention, and a strong sense of community. We follow the New York State Early Learning Guidelines (birth–5) and the NYS Next Generation Learning Standards (K–5) to support each child’s growth across developmental stages.
Mixed-Age Advantage
Our mixed-age setting allows younger children to learn from older peers, and older children to develop leadership and empathy. Activities are thoughtfully planned to meet the needs of each age group while promoting collaboration and inclusion.
Infants (12 weeks – 18 months)
